LATEST NEWS - Publication of the 2013-14 Merthyr Tydfil LDP Monitoring Report

Under the provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, all Councils have a duty to produce an LDP Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) which must be submitted to the Welsh Government at the end of October each year.

The following document represents the third AMR of the Merthyr Tydfil LDP and is based on the period 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014. The Report has two primary roles - the first is to consider whether the policies identified in the monitoring framework are being implemented, and secondly, to consider whether the plan as a whole is working successfully.

Submission of the document to the Welsh Government occurred on 27th October 2014.
