24/7 Stock return box at Dowlais
There could be all sorts of reasons why you may wish to be able to return library stock when our buildings are closed. The simplest reason would be if you forget to return stock before a holiday or realised that you still have library books when you are moving house or even leaving the area.
You can now use a 24/7 "drop box" located at the corner of Dowlais Library (nearest the main road). This box is for any stock returns from all members and it is not just for returning Dowlais stock.
Your online library account...
Do not forget that we offer many services online (look on this page for more details) and library members can renew stock they have out, browse what stock we have and make reservations, and manage their own library account online.
Activate the PIN that you need to use services online by asking next time that you call or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can then login to manage your library account
If you encounter any problems with your online account and catalogue searches or need any help please email email@example.com
We can usually provide what you need from our own stock, but if for some reason we do not have the topic you require, we now have access to well over 50,000,000 book titles.
Please tell us if you have any difficulty with this site or the links to provide to Internet sites. We cannot always control those, but we will act on any reported problems.
