We produce a wide range of handmade preserves, both traditional and modern and are registered producers with the Farmer‘s Markets in Wales (see www.fmiw.co.uk). Both of us are born and bred in Monmouthshire and our families have a long tradition of producing their own food, including preserves, which we wanted to continue.
Although we are a fairly new business we have been making preserves for friends and family for over 15 years, initially using surplus home grown vegetables and making use of wild hedgerow fruits. Although we can no longer grow sufficient produce to keep up with demand we do try to source local produce where possible and we still enjoy hand picking from hedgerows in South Monmouthshire.
