Lifeline is the Emergency Alarm Telephone System for the elderly and disabled. The Control Room is 'manned' 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and covers residents living in the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council and Bridgend County Borough Council areas.
