Library Special Needs
Children have special educational needs if they have learning difficulties, finding it harder to learn than most children of the same age or they have disabilities that make it difficult for them in school.
The Special Educational Needs Service in Merthyr Tydfil is concerned with all aspects of educational difficulties experienced by children and young people who live in the County Borough.
