Further Education

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council does not believe in hierarchy. There are no executive cafeterias, no locked doors and no special treatment. Each employee is just as important as our Chief Executive and we ensure every employee is encouraged to produce ideas to develop their work area and department as we recognise that the best ideas often come from those employees working directly with our customers. Employees will have the opportunity to join our numerous CIP Teams (Continuous Improvement Teams) this is where ideas and services that save time, money and resource are generated and initiated for the benefit of all our customers. |
