Description:
To be responsible on a day to day basis for allocating and organising caseloads for Social Worker’s holding case accountability for Family Placements.
To deputise for the Service Manager in their absence, in specified areas of work.
To prepare for and provide regular, individual, agenda’d supervision and to carry out annual departmental appraisals for Social Workers in the Family Placements Team.
To contribute to the setting of objectives, targets, priorities and standards of work for the Family Placement Team, and to monitor and evaluate their achievement.
