The 2005 - 2006 Annual Network Development Plan provides details of the projects and initiatives that the 14 - 19 Network will implement in the year to address the priorities on: progression through different levels for learners and tracking those learners, enhanced support for learners, developing the Learning Coach concept into reality, widening choice and opportunities, particularly in Level 2, developing motivational programmes for young people and maximising available resources.
