Merthyr Tydfil Children & Young People's Partnership Evaluation Survey
Guidance on the Children Act 2004 requires the Children and Young People's Partnership to review the partnership process and effectiveness of partnership practice. This survey will help check how we are doing as a partnership at this point in time, identify ineffective practice that needs to change and training needs to be addressed as we develop. It will inform a review of partnership planning structures in light of the Children Act Guidance. We would be grateful if all partners would take time to complete the survey and provide comments to support your answers wherever possible. If you have any queries please let us know. We would welcome hearing from you by the 15th September. If you would prefer to receive the a paper version of the survey, please let us know.
