Operations TeamWelcome to the web pages of the Operations Team, Integrated Childrens Services. The Operations Team fulfils a key position in the Integrated Children Service’s department providing advice and support and operating within a range of service with schools.
Within the terms of the schools Service Level Agreement, support is provided for such varying tasks as managing school delegated budgets, providing relief/supply cover, arranging Contracts for cleaning and ground maintenance, managing the repair and maintenance of school building’s mutual fund, as well as staff acting as clerks to governing bodies/management panels.
Responsibilities undertaken on behalf of the Council include analysing data on pupil numbers projections at each school and providing data on key elements of the school budget formula allocations. Management of the Better Schools Fund (previously GEST) is undertaken within the team as is the assessment and payment of clothing allowances for pupils.
