These groups held their first meeting in the Spring Term 2005. They meet once each term and half day supply cover is provided for one member of staff from each school to attend one meeting per term. Schools may attend more than one meeting if they wish but supply cover for additional meetings must be covered by the school. Please note, supply cover will only be transferred into the school budget once the minutes from the meeting have been circulated and attendance confirmed.

Details of the meeting dates, times and locations are included in the termly calendars webpages.

If you are not able to attend a cluster meeting apologies should always be sent to the Chair person. Where possible you should try to send another member of staff to ensure your school is up to date and involved in all developments and activities.

 Reporting

The Chair person of each ICT group is responsible for ensuring that an agenda / reminder is sent prior to the meeting and that minutes are taken and circulated after the meeting.

The meeting agenda should be sent by the Chair person at least one week before the meeting. The minutes should be produced within one week and circulated to all ICT coordinators in the group, their Headteachers, and the LEA.

The Chair person for each cluster group is:
