Christmas Lighting Ceremony 08The above annual free Municipal Special Event will take place at Merthyr Tydfil's Civic Centre forecourt on Friday evening 21st November 2008. The Event will feature a guest compere and will include the dedication of the Municipal Christmas tree and Christmas prayer, school choir, communal carol singing, brass band, chiddren's entertainer and Danter's funfair. The evening will culminate with the arrival of Santa and friends to switch on the inner town Christmas lights.
