Train 2000
The fitness suite was opened in 2000 and refurbished in 2004, nwely refurbished it has become very popular with the local community. The Fitness suite comprises of:-

- Peck Deck Chest
- Lat Pull Down (High Pulley)

- Leg Curl
- Preachers Curl
- Abdominal Curl
- Pull Up Bars
- Smiths Machine
- Dip Bars
Free Weights
- large number of free weights.
- Dumbbell Rack (10kg - 55kg)
- Flat Bench
- Incline Bench
- Medicine Ball
There are staff available at all times to give help and advice on the equipment, there is also a fitness instructor on site to give any information or design fitness programmes.
