Gwaunfarren Swimming Pool is a community based pool situated to the north of the valley, 0.5 miles from the town centre of Merthyr Tydfil.There is ample free parking and hot and cold vending to suite all tastes.
You can find us on the Goitre lane, near Gwaunfarren Primary School. We offer a friendly atmosphere for adults and children alike.
If you are a casual swimmer or more experienced you should find something to suite you, if you don’t please ask.
Refurbishment took place at the beginning of the year (2005) this included decorating inside and out, new power showers, new lockers and new cubicles.
