Classes Feel good, look good and get more out of life!
More and more people are choosing group exercise classes as one of their five activities a week. Whether it’s for weight management, core stability, flexibility or to have fun with friends, there’s a suitable session for everyone.
You can try traditional step or aqua classes, through to more specialist classes like Yoga, Pilates, and Spin.
Classes will be free (subject to availability) for those who have a Membership. For those customers who are casual users class prices will vary for class type.

As of 5th April 2010 we have added more classes to our expanding group fitness programme. Our new fitness class timetable incorporates many more peak evening slots and a wider range of classes including, Boxercise, Aquacise, Spin, Boot Camp and many more.
