Novelist Catrin Collier met her local readers at two special events at Treharris Library in August 2007
One celebrity visitor was Donny Osmond. He kindly launched our new local studies research room during his visit. The room is named the Martin Research Room in honour of one of his ancestors, a local doctor who lived in the High Street and was well known for his public service
