Free e-mail sites:
These remote Internet "mail box" services are free and the only type of mail available to library Internet users. Worth having even if you have e-mail "at home" as you can access your mail from any Internet PC - even your home mail.

E-mail tips:
Never share passwords .
It can be useful to have at least two of these free accounts - one for friends and another for registration, etc. That way you can protect your home address and more "personal" remote address if "spammers" get your details. If your address does fall into the wrong hands you will start to receive sending thousands of offers for viagra and similar products (or computer viruses) from people disguising themselves by pretending to be someone you would know.
