We offer information for life...

In the period from April 2004 to the end of March 2005, customer surveys tell us that 93% of people looking for specific information in our libraries found it.
Those questions were answered using a mixture of sources including stock in the lending libraries. Some were found with staff assistance, but in many cases the library users simply found the material themselves.
Books continue to provide a valuable core reference collection and we have recently ordered a 5 volumed Celtic Culture Encyclopaedia sourced by the Welsh Books Council from the American publishers. Being an authoritative publication from the University of Wales Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies, it will be of interest to libraries, covering as it does all the Celtic countries and their languages, literatures, archaeology, history and mythology.
