Water naturally provides buoyancy and resistance, and Aquagym uses these properties to maximise the users muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness.

The Aquagym provides an all over body workout that can be adjusted to suit your individual needs. Our fully qualified staff will provide you with an initial induction on how to operate the machines safely and to maximise their potential.
For just £2.50 you can enjoy the benefits of working out in the Aquagym followed by a relaxing swim to gently "cool down" afterwards.
Or why not buy a monthly Aquagym pass for just £16.50 and have unlimited use of the Aquagym and pool during the public swimming sessions.

If you are registered with the over 60's free swimming initiative, a workout on the Aquagym is free of charge - so there is no excuse not to get fit!
