Concessionary Bus Passes
Important changes to free Bus Travel Passes
Elderly and disabled people have been able to travel free on local bus services throughout Wales since April 2002.
Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, in conjunction with the Welsh Assembly Government, are to re-issue all free Bus Travel Passes, featuring a new design and incorporating the latest Smartcard technology, in the forthcoming months.
You do not need to re-apply if your circumstances are unaltered as your pass will be posted directly to you.
