Potholes, uneven paving slabs, damaged street furniture, faulty street lights and signs, displaced kerbstones and any other problems within the highway.
To make things easier for us we need to know exactly where the problem is. Please be patient as it is not always possible for our staff to deal with the problem straight away. Certain jobs such as drainage problems,removing trees,repairing crash barriers etc may need to be carried out by specialist contractors and therefore this work may take considerably longer.
Major repairs such as resurfacing roads or relaying footways are carried out under a special repair programme.
