Services for the Homeless Are you homeless, about to become homeless, threatened with eviction or living in unreasonable conditions? You could possibly qualify for help from our homelessness service.
This could range from support and advice, to temporary accommodation, to helping you find somewhere to live. See our detailed step-by-step guide contained in our advice leaflet. There is currently considerable pressure placed on the homelessness service - our first aim will be to try to prevent you losing your current accommodation if that's reasonable. For example if you are experiencing domestic violence but don't want to leave your home, we can explore ways of making your daily life stable and secure. Or perhaps you could stay with family or friends while we help you find somewhere to live, through our allocation system and Housematch service. There may also be other specialist agencies who may be able to provide help.
