This is our community alarm service.
All sheltered housing complexes owned by the authority are linked to our control room via pull cords and intercoms, which are located within each property. Our operators will summon help and provide advice and reassurance instantly at any time of day or night whether you are in the house or garden.
In addition to the intercom system, which is available in our sheltered complexes, we also offer telephones to any resident who is elderly, vulnerable or disabled.
