What is a mutual exchange?This is where you arrange to swap home with another tenant who may be either another council tenant or a tenant at a housing association.
What do I need to do?
- Obtain our permission in writing before you swap home with another tenant
- Ensure your rent account is clear
- Keep your home in a good condition
