Housing ServicesThe Housing Division is responsible for managing around 5,000 properties. We ensure your neighbourhood is maintained through the employment of nine Area Housing Officers. Seven of these officers work within site offices, three of which are based within the Galon Uchaf Area office, and four within the Johnny Owen Centre, Gurnos. The remaining two work from the Civic Centre. These offices provide you with a local contact point, and the officers can be contacted if there is anything that you wish to discuss.

- Advice on how to end your tenancy
- Rehousing or applications for housing
- Homelessness and general housing advice
- Advice on buying your home
- Rent account details
- Alterations you may wish to make to your home
- Advice on transferring your tenancy sometimes known as succession
- Tenant and Resident Associations
- Caretaking services
