Our offices are open:
8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday
If you have an emergency repair on a weekend or public holiday, or after 5pm on weekdays, please call the same number. Your call will be automatically transferred to our out-of-hours service.
E-mail us: repairs@merthyr.gov.uk (please do not use e-mail for emergency or urgent repairs).
