Complaints AdvocacyIf after acting upon the advice provided by Consumer Direct your consumer complaint remains unresolved we are able to offer a Complaints Advocacy service. Within this service we will attempt to mediate the dispute to reach a mutually beneficial resolution.
If all else fails we can offer advice and assistance on the use of the County Court system. This service is available to Merthyr Tydfil consumers and those with complaints against Merthyr Tydfil businesses.
