Traffic Surveys and Data Collection:

The Traffic Management Section uses specialized equipment and computer software for a wide range of data collection methods ranging from manual pedestrian counts through to detailed radar speed surveys and automatic traffic counts. This data is typically used to monitor traffic levels throughout the County Borough and to assess requests received for traffic calming measures.
