Health, Social Care and Well-Being Strategy 2008 - 2011 Following an extensive period of consultation, the Health, Social Care and Well-Being Strategy for 2008 - 2011 has now been developed. The strategy sets out how, together, we aim to improve the health and well-being of all residents within the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough.
