Annual Customer Report
The Annual Customer Report or ACR is the first to be produced by the authority. The purpose of the Report is to enable the Council to share with its customers, just how it is performing. It details the services it provides and explains what the Council Vision, Strategic objectives and goals are. The structure follows that of the Community Strategy identifying seven themes:
- People Power and Community Empowerment
- Safe and Sound
- 21st Century Services and Facilities For All
- A Clean, Green Place To Be Proud Of
- Health Check
- A Thriving Economy
- Forward Through Learning
The ACR further demonstrates its links to the Community Strategy ‘2020’, explaining how the Strategy came about.
The ACR also contains information on:
- The Wales Programme for Improvement
- Contact details for Councillors
- Council services and Contact details
- Financial and Performance Indicator information
The ACR is intended to inform the interested reader and also invites your comments and encourages you to become involved in community matters in order to improve your local area. So if you have any comment or feedback you may wish to make about the Annual Customer Report we would be very pleased to hear from you.
