Services for Older PeopleThe Integrated Adult Services Directorate is committed to caring for and supporting Older Persons to live as independently as possible within their community.
You will be supported to live in your own home for as long you wish or are able. Alternatively, we can help you to find suitable alternative accommodation.
The choice is yours!
We have two teams that provide advice and support to older persons:
- Referral and Assessment Team
- Care Management Team
