Home Care (Continuing Social Care Service)Personal Care
Helping you to cope with daily living is the task of the home support services. We can help you with personal care tasks such as dressing/undressing and washing. You may also need assistance with household tasks such as keeping warm, preparing meals and assistance with managing your medication.
Home Support Services staff will work together with you, and will help you with the tasks that have been identified as part of the assessment that was completed with your Care Manager and included on your Care Plan.
Is there a charge for this service?
Yes, there is a charge for the Home Support Service. Please click here for further information, alternatively you may contact the Duty Officer on (01685) 724507.
If you are aged 16-65 and severely disabled, you may be able to get financial help from the Independent Living Fund to assist towards paying for support, again the Duty Officer can provide you with more details.

Customer Survey
On an annual basis we carry out a survey with all our customers to ensure that you are satisfied with the service you receive. This will provide you with an opportunity to raise any concerns and allow us to address them.
Over the last year we have received very positive feedback from clients currently receiving a service.
