Reablement ServiceThe Reablement Team provides time limited therapy to customers in their own home, which includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy. The therapists and support staff will support you to increase your independence with tasks such as dressing, cooking, moving around the house and with your speech.
