The Council currently manages approximately 30 grazing sites throughout the Borough.  Sites are let on a tender basis with the successful tender being allowed to utilize the land for three years.  The start of the next three year cycle will be 1 April 2013 but sites which become vacant in the interim will be advertised in the Merthyr Express.  Licences are granted from April until December, allowing the ground to rest from January to March.
