Poppy Factory
The Poppy Factory has become a specialist employability charity for disabled veterans – helping them to find work with civilian companies throughout the UK. The Poppy Factory’s strategy is to become the employability provider of choice for wounded, injured and sick ex-Forces clients seeking work and also for employers who can offer life-changing jobs.

University of South Wales Recognition of Prior Learning
The groundbreaking scheme (funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Grant Scheme) helps ex-forces personnel who have served in the last 10-15 years to gain higher education credits by placing a value on the knowledge, skills and experience they achieved while serving or since leaving service. This academic credit can be used to study a higher education course at the University of South Wales.
