1) 1 no. since 23/3/20 2) 20 mph zone with speed cushions. Order came into effect 2/7/20 Unfortunately, we do not hold the information you have requested for questions 3, 4 and 5 as information of this nature would be held by the Police, in particular South Wales Police.
