I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to respectfully request the following information regarding your current contractual and supply chain arrangements for the following categories, where applicable: • Provision of online payment acceptance – e.g. to make payments for bins, council tax etc • Provision of point of sale card/EPOS machines – e.g. as found in leisure centres, shops etc • Provision of MOTO (Mail Order and Telephone Order) payment acceptance • Merchant Acquirer services • Payment Gateway Services I would greatly appreciate you providing me information on: • Current supplier/s names • Scope of current Contract • Contract Start Date • Contract End Date • Any Contract extension option details • Approximate timescales for next sourcing/tender exercise • How the contract was originally awarded, to include any weighting criteria applied • Annual Value of the Contract • Annual transaction volume through contract, where known Please provide the information in the form of an email or Excel document. If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

• Current supplier/s names Adelante Software Ltd. • Scope of current Contract The software allows Payments to be taken in person, MOTO, Internet and via an automated telephone call tree system. The system also integrates with the National Planning Portal. • Contract Start Date The software went live in Dec 2007. • Contract End Date The contract is perpetual. • Any Contract extension option details Not known. • Approximate timescales for next sourcing/tender exercise The system is being reviewed currently. • How the contract was originally awarded, to include any weighting criteria applied This was in 2007 and to the best of my knowledge I believe the service was recommended by our merchant provider at that time. A tender exercise would not have been required due to the value being below the threshold. • Annual Value of the Contract Annual Maintenance is £9699 • Annual transaction volume through contract, where known The system handled 41588 successful payments in the rolling year to the 05/10/2020.
