The seasonal kerbside garden waste service will be re-commencing on Monday, 2nd April 2018.
If your wheeled bin is collected any day on week commencing 26th March, then your first collection of garden waste will fall on the same day during week commencing 2nd April.
If your wheeled bin is collected any day on week commencing 2nd April, then your first garden waste collection will fall on that day during week commencing 9th April.
Collections will then be fortnightly from your commencement date.
Garden waste collected separately is sent to a local facility and turned into compost. This compost is used as a soil improver for numerous groundwork projects, transforming areas into a habitat for wildlife that is aesthetically pleasing.
Your support in this service helps divert this useful resource from landfill and energy from waste and provides a good quality, useful product.
