Extra Care

Extra Care offers an additional housing option for people over 50 who are struggling to manage at home. Ty Cwm, situated in Twynyrodyn, is a bespoke and modern scheme that provides 24 hour support for tenants whilst enabling them to live as independently as possible in the community.

The scheme provides tenancies within 35 double and 25 single apartments that are adapted to support people with a disability.

Within the scheme there are shared lounge facilities, laundry, assisted bathroom and a cycle / scooter store. The scheme also offers an on-site restaurant, hair and beauty salon, IT suites, library, communal conservatory and sensory gardens.
