NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Sections 30 and 31 of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 and the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 (As Amended):

AUDIT OF ACCOUNTS OF:

(I) Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for the Financial Year 2023/2024
(II) Rhondda Cynon Taf Pension Fund for the Financial Year 2023/2024
(III) Llwydcoed Crematorium Joint Committee for the Financial Year 2023/2024
(IV) Central South Consortium Joint Education Service Joint Committee for the Financial Year 2023/2024

1. From 19 August 2024 to 16 September 2024 (inclusive) between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday any local elector may inspect and make copies of the accounts of the above named bodies for the year ended 31 March 2024 and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating thereto.
2. These documents are available for inspection at Finance and Digital Services, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Oldway House, Porth, CF39 9ST.
3. To enable us to make appropriate arrangements for inspection, we request that electors make an appointment by email to customerservices@rctcbc.gov.uk, by telephone at 01443 570033 or by writing to Deputy Chief Executive/Group Director – Finance, Digital & Frontline Services, Oldway House, Porth, CF39 9ST.
4. On or after the 17 September 2024, until the completion of the audit, the Auditor General for Wales will provide any local government elector of the area to which the accounts relate, give the elector, or his/her representative, an opportunity to question him about the accounts. Any such elector, or his/her representative, may attend before the Auditor General to make any objection to the accounts.

6. A copy of the written notice must be provided to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council at the address given below.
