Pay Policy Statement
The Localism Act 2011 requires local authorities in England and Wales to produce an annual pay policy statement that includes the levels of remuneration for its chief officers and its lowest paid employees.
The purpose of the Pay Policy Statement is to ensure transparency and accountability with regard to our approach to setting pay.
