ICT Org Chart- A visual document that present the structure of the IT department, please include name and job titles. If this can’t be sent please work towards a structure with job titles. 3. ICT Annual or Business Plan- Similar to the ICT strategy but is more annually focused. 4. ICT Capital Programme/budget- A document that shows financials budget on current and future projects.

What processes or solutions do you have in place for employees to submit and reclaim expenses? Online Intranet Self Service system. Paper mileage claims for non-intranet staff. 3. How many expense claims were submitted by employees in the last fiscal year? 5066 online claims, 528 paper claims (estimated) 4. Are employees able to compile, submit and approve expenses remotely? Yes, where laptops, PC,s or mobile phones allow access to the intranet 5. Have there been investigations relating to expense compliance in your organisation in the last 24 months? If so, how many? Not known. Compliance inspections are carried out by Audit sections.
