Please could you provide me with the list of schools in your local authority, including both independent schools and educational establishments managed by the council, with the names, official job titles, work phone numbers and work email addresses of the headteachers, and the names, official job titles, work phone numbers and work email addresses of the CFOs, School Business Managers or other individuals responsible for making procurement decisions for the schools. According to the Welsh Government website, contact details for Welsh schools can be obtained from the local authorities, however, I was unable to find this information published anywhere on your website. I would therefore be grateful if you could provide me with the information requested. In addition to the above, if any specific information cannot be shared under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the remaining information requested whilst omitting any personal information but not withholding professional email addresses and telephone numbers used for work purposes which should rightfully be disclosed for the purpose of communicating with said individuals in a professional capacity. Please note that if an individual chooses to use their name in the email handle of their professional email address then this indicates a conscious and active choice to go on public record and their email address should not be withheld as it is a necessary requirement for communication with said individuals in a professional capacity. If for any reason any of the requested information above is withheld, we request that you release the name, official title, work phone number and work email address of appointed local council officials whose names are on public record and who are responsible for appointing those who are charged with procurement for schools.

The head teacher of each school is deemed the manager, The local council are responsible for procurement decisions. Should you require further information for a particular school you can contact them on a generic email address.
