Answer
The Local Authority may have used a variety methods of booking accommodation for a range of service areas, for example support for a child/ren moving onto an adoptive placement, introductory visits for potential adopters etc, Social Workers visiting children out of area. Therefore, pulling such data would not give an accurate reflection.
