1. Has Merthyr council any health concerns to nearby communities currently or previously regarding the dust particles being emitted during quarry operations .
2. In the last 30 years have the quarry owners ever breached planning regulations and if so could you provide us with those details please .
3 . If your records don't extend to 30 yrs could you provide us with any breaches you have recorded .
4. Have the quarry owners ever donated their products or financed any projects within the Merthyr Council's area .
5 .Has the same quarry owners any intentions of reopening the large Vaynor quarry site and if so have you any concerns .?
6.Is there contact between yourselves and Rhondda Cynon Taff Council regarding quarrying planning breaches .?
7 . Have the quarry owners ever had their workforce completing volunteer work in the community.
