1. Could you please provide copies of the agreements between Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil, and Newport Councils and Biogen, Biogen Bryn Pica Limited, and Biogen Power Limited? Merthyr Tydfil CBC don`t have an agreement with Biogen. RCT are the contracted Authority. We have an IAA with RCT in relation to depositing food waste at the Biogen facility 2. Have there been any changes to the original contract between the three local authorities? If so, please provide details. No changes 3. What transportation method does the council use to transport waste to the Biogen Bryn Pica Limited site? Is it council-owned transport or a contractor? If a contractor is used, please provide the name of the company. In house transportation. An enclosed skip is used for bulking the food then hauled by a hook loading vehicle 4.
