Re: To request the following information relating to planning applications with Section 106 agreements attached. A list of each instance where, in any of the last 10 financial years from 2014-15 to 2024-25 (to date), Section 106 contributions to the value of more than £50,000 remain outstanding. And in each of these instances: a) The planning reference number b) The total agreed value of all developer contributions in the Section 106 agreement c) The total amount paid to date d) The total amount oustanding e) The reason for non-payment (development ongoing, development never commenced, development partially completed but trigger points not met, or other) 2) A list of each instance where, in any of the above financial years, a developer has secured a S106 agreement binding them to a lower contribution than initially outlined in the planning officer's initial report And in each of these instances: a) The planning refernce number b) The council’s outlined suggested/policy costs c) The costs agreed in the final S106 agreement

A list of each instance where, in any of the last 10 financial years from 2014-15 to 2024-25 (to date), Section 106 contributions to the value of more than £50,000 remain outstanding. The data was not held in a format that we could extract that information prior to 2019. From 2019-20 onwards there have not been any individual contributions over £50,000 outstanding.
