1. How many sickness days for mental health reasons (including stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.) were taken in the local authority in the school years

It could be that individual schools might have done so internally.

In terms of Q4 we don’t have a mental health officer (or an officer with responsibility as described) in Education but would assume that whilst a role might not be in HR the mental health of all staff would sit under HR.
