Please could you provide the following details for the most recent full 12-month period in 2024 (or the latest available annual data)? 1. Outbound Mail The total expenditure on outbound mail (physical post) in 2024. The total volume of outbound mail (e.g., number of letters sent) during the same period. 2. Mailing & Printing Infrastructure The total spend on Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and/or print room printers, software, and mailing equipment used for outbound mail in 2024. 3. Digital Communications Whether the Council currently utilises digital communications (e.g., email, SMS, online portals) to communicate with residents and businesses instead of physical mail. If digital communications are in use, the current volume of communications sent via these digital methods in 2024.
