What system(s) are currently used to facilitate social care brokerage and/or sourcing of care placements for Children's services? Children’s Commissioning Support Resource (CCSR) is commissioned as an eProcurement tool from Data Cymru. What is the contract length and end date of the existing contract? The existing contract is currently under review at a national level. Contract length is traditionally in 4-year periods. What is the total contract value for the solution(s)? Please break this down where possible into any up-front costs including one-off payments and implementation costs; subsequent annual licensing fees and, any associated costs including hosting, support and maintenance. The annual value of the national contract for CCSR is £94,500 including VAT, shared across the 22 local authorities. There is no annual licensing fee. Hosting, support and maintenance costs are included in this figure. Additional costs for new functionality / system development are agreed on a project-by-project basis. With regard to CCSR, do you have a contract with 4Cs for this or is it part of the overall 4Cs deal? 4Cs commission CCSR on behalf of the 22 LAs and recharges the LAs for the cost of the contract by equal splits. The individual LAs contract with Data Cymru is the CCSR terms and conditions of use which all users have to accept when using the system for the first time and are available on the website to view.
